Bug Fixes

With plenty of good feedback, I was able to fix plenty of bugs and change some  things to enhance the quality of life in game.

Bugs fixed:

- Portals opened without pressing buttons

- Collisions in incorrect places (eg level 5, could stand on the lava)

New stuff:

- Auto-respawn after dying on a level

- Time taken and death counter added to the level complete menu

- Text displayed when close to a switch to show what to press
